Returns & Refunds

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied and will continue buying from us. However, if we didn't meet your expectations and you are not satisfied with your order you can email us within 14 days of delivery to get your money back. After that, we will not be able to process your refund. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping which is non-refundable.

Please email us at shopbestgadgets@gmail.com and make sure you will include the following information:

  1. Order number.
  2. Your full name.
  3. Your email address.
  4. Reason for return. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

All of our products are subject to control before being shipped. If it happens that your item will be damaged during a delivery time or is defective you have 48 hours to send us an email at shopbestgadgets@gmail.com.

In the email, you must attach exact photos of the damaged product, order number and explanation whether you want us to send you a new product or do you want your money back. After 48 hours we will not be able to process the refund.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:

All the packages are subject to verification before we send the product to our customers. If for any reason your order will be mistaken, please send us an email within 48 hours to shopbestgadgets@gmail.com. In the email, attach photos of the product received and the order number. After verifying the information you have provided, the correct product will be sent to you again. If the product you ordered is not available in our store, you will receive a full refund.

MISSING ITEM(S):

Sometimes with a larger order, it might happen that you will not receive all the ordered products at the same time. If this happens, please do not panic. Sometimes the package might be too heavy, and we might have to split your order or the items might be coming from different warehouses. Just email us at shopbestgadgets@gmail.com with any concerns, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELATION:

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. After this time, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it, but we will do our best to resolve that problem. To make any changes to your order please send us an email to shobbestgadgets@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, any needed changes will be made. If your order has already been sent, you can always return it. Information about the return policy can be found above.
